Returns procedure

Jewellery (excluding fingerprint jewellery)

At Sarah-Ann jewellery we take great care to ensure that you will be satisfied with your purchase and all items are thoroughly checked before shipping.

However, in the unlikely event of a fault or defect, we will offer a replacement for the item concerned (or if you prefer, a full refund via the credit or debit card used for the original transaction), Providing you return the goods to us within 10 days of receiving them.

If an item is faulty, please contact us with details of the fault (via e-mail, preferably) and the date purchased. We will then arrange a replacement \ refund as applicable. We will refund your postage costs for faulty or defective goods returned within 10 days.

Fingerprint jewellery

Due to the bespoke, personalised  nature of fingerprint jewellery, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange for these items, unless they are faulty or have not been made to your clearly stated specifications.

Please check your fingerprint jewellery upon receipt for any name mis-spellings or faults and advise us within 10 days if we have made an error with your order or the item is damaged.
